Clutch Brewing Company has been forged from years of homebrewing, research, experimentation, and a passion for the craft beer community. Jordan Standish and Max Boeke started brewing nearly a decade ago with a stand welded from bed frames and a converted igloo cooler. After brewing every weekend, equipment was upgraded and recipes were refined, while dreams of one day opening a brewery floated between the two over the sweet smell of boiling wort, and floral notes of hop additions. Combining Jordan’s experience working at a local beer distributor and Flat Earth Brewing Company, and Max’s experience running his family carpentry and construction business, the two finally made the leap and Clutch was born.
